I always know when election time comes ?round because signs start going up everywhere with names like ?Stiffler? and ?DuCacaus? with stars and stripes around them. Sadly, I don?t know these people, and the brief glimpse I get of their names is barely enough to educate me in the spelling of their moniker, much less the platforms they take on the issues. I?m not even sure what the hot issues are. Yes, folks, I am a typical American.
