 Mr. Furches,
    While you were out of the office, you received a call from a Mr. Gargamel.  He reports that, after years of being relegated to reruns, he is looking for a more relevant hero to take an instant and deep disliking to.  In his search, he has determined that you are the secret identity of a certain ‘Spider’ and has therefore decided to establish a hero-nemesis relationship with you.  It is Mr. Gargamel’s desire that you understand his deep and abiding desire to destroy you utterly, from mountain to shore.
    The term of this business relationship shall remain in effect until said ’spider’ ceases to be relevant to the current time or until one party in this relationship is utterly destroyed and remains destroyed for not less than one year.  Personal attacks are not permitted under this agreement.
